- We start by signing a Non-disclosure agreement. All queries posted online on our website by default qualify for a non-disclosure as per our terms of agreement.
- After we receive your requirement, our expert team will carefully review it and create a basic questionnaire for you. We then contact you for further discussions. Our primary aim is to understand your requirements including all features, its selling points, business model and users so that we can create software or application that suits the audience.
- We create a detailed Functional Specifications Document (FSD) which has all project features mentioned clearly. After discussion and reviews with you and your team, we modify the FSD till approved. This will be used by our analysts to give you an accurate time and cost estimate.
- The technical details of the project is clearly documented and approved before we start. This usually includes include the use of Technologies, frameworks or existing codes from our code library, design principles, coding standards etc.
- Design and development teams are allocated and tasks assigned with specific task and project timelines.
- A design wireframe or graphical mock-up is created for your perusal. Designs are modified based on your comments till we get an approval. The project is then handed to the development team.
- The development team creates a database schema, business logic, writes software scripts and codes, write stored procedures and queries to optimize the software performance.
- Content Management System is created to specifically manage your site content.
- Usability of the software is the key. We test the application for various operating systems and browsers.
- The software is tested as per the test plan created for the project and an alpha version is rolled out.
- Change requests, Bug tracking and bug fixing are usually managed using online tools. Once approved the Beta version is tested on live server and the project source codes are delivered.
- All software's and applications are warranted for one year and maintained as per agreed contracts.
